Our work

The standard every project is held to

These photos represent the outcome we aim for on every water, fire, or mold job, not just the ones we show off. Here's what the process actually looks like behind each result.

Water Damage Restoration before and after, Mesa Restoration Co
Water Damage Restoration

From standing water and saturated flooring to a fully dried, restored living space.

This project reflects the kind of water damage call we handle constantly across Mesa: standing water on the floor, saturated baseboards, and a room that needs both extraction and full structural drying before anything can be rebuilt.

The process starts with truck-mounted extraction to pull standing water fast, followed by moisture mapping to check how far water traveled behind walls and under flooring. Commercial air movers and dehumidifiers run until every affected material reaches a verified dry standard, not just until it looks dry.

The result is a space that's not just visually restored, it's structurally sound, with no hidden moisture left behind to cause mold later.

Fire Damage Restoration before and after, Mesa Restoration Co
Fire Damage Restoration

From soot-covered cabinetry and scorched walls to a fully rebuilt kitchen.

A kitchen fire like this one is one of the most common calls we get, and also one of the most involved. Heat and soot don't stay contained to the area where the fire started, cabinetry, walls, and ceiling all need to be assessed for both structural damage and smoke residue.

After securing the property, our process starts with dry-cleaning methods before any wet cleaning is introduced, since water on soot can set stains permanently. Once cleaning is complete, we coordinate the full rebuild, cabinetry, countertops, flooring, and paint, matched to the home's original finishes wherever possible.

This project went from a fully charred kitchen to a livable, rebuilt space, with smoke odor addressed throughout, not just in the room where the fire occurred.

Mold Remediation before and after, Mesa Restoration Co
Mold Remediation

From visible growth and moisture staining to a fully remediated, clean space.

This project shows the kind of growth we typically find tied to a moisture source that went unaddressed for a while, visible staining and active growth across a wall, usually traced back to a leak or ongoing condensation issue.

Remediation starts with identifying the moisture source, since treating visible mold without fixing what's feeding it means it just comes back. Affected materials are contained, removed or treated depending on how far growth has penetrated, and the space is HEPA vacuumed and treated with antimicrobial agents.

The result is a clean, remediated space, with the underlying moisture issue addressed so the problem doesn't return.

Questions about our projects

Are these before-and-after examples representative of typical jobs?

Yes. They reflect the scope and outcome standard we hold every job to, a single-room extraction won't look identical to a full kitchen fire rebuild, but the same documentation, process, and quality standard applies across every job size.

How long did a project like this take?

It varies by scope. A water damage job like the one shown might take a week including drying time. A full kitchen fire rebuild can take several weeks once cleaning, structural repair, and finish work are all sequenced correctly.

Do you provide before-and-after photos for my own project?

Yes, photo documentation starts on the first visit and continues throughout the job, both for your own records and to support an insurance claim if you're filing one.

Can I request a free estimate based on a project like these?

Absolutely. Use our free cost calculators for a starting range, then call for a formal, no-obligation on-site estimate specific to your situation.
